Next P.E. Licensure Ceremony - April 7, 2018

    On behalf of the officers and members of the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers, MSPE invites any newly licensed P.E.'s to participate in the P.E. Certificate Presentation Ceremony conducted in cooperation with the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors and Professional Landscape Architects.

    2018 LOBBY DAY - MARCH 27

    Mercury Alliance Legislative Drive-in on March 27

    The Mercury Alliance will hold a Legislative Drive-in on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Transportation advocates from across Missouri will come together to promote the need for a strong transportation system to support Missouri's economy. MSPE members are invited to attend and participate in this event.  Talking points for key MSPE legislation will be provided in addition to information about transportation legislation. 

    The event will begin with a kickoff orientation at 8:45 a.m. at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City. Following orientation, members will spend the day visiting with their elected senators and representatives to discuss the impact our transportation system has on Missouri families and businesses. Participants will be provided materials to outline Mercury Alliance positions and policy statements on transportation. There is no registration fee for this event, however registration is required.     MSPE Seeking VP Candidates

    WANTED - Candidates for MSPE Vice President

    DEADLINE: Friday, February 23, 2018 at 5 p.m. 

    MSPE is seeking candidates to serve as the society's Vice President. Nominees must meet the membership requirements of a Licensed Member described in the Article 1, Section 2 of the society's bylaws as "one who holds a valid, current license or certificate of registration as a professional engineer from a state of the United States or from a district, territory or possession of the United States for from a province or territory of Canada; plus be a three-tier (NSPE, MSPE and chapter) member and be current in their membership dues payment."

     Election to the position of Vice President is a one-year term with the option to ascend to the offices of President-Elect and President in subsequent years. The Vice President is an elected officer of MSPE and the MSPE Educational Foundation. In the absence of the President and President-Elect, the Vice President is next in line to preside at Executive Committee and Board Meetings.
