Water Resources Service Line Leader

CDI has immediate opening for full-time Water Resources Service Line Leader. The responsibility of this person is to lead and direct the growth of the Water Resources Team across the entire organization. This includes reviewing project scope and proposals, project oversight and marketing/client relations.


  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, blueprints and specifications, records of surveys and tract descriptions
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License with design experience with a focus on water resources and/or environmental
  • Min. 10 years’ experience

Senior Water Resources Project Manager

With the growth of our Water Resources Group, we would like to add a Senior Water Resources Project Manager. The roles and responsibilities of this position include ability to assist on water resources and resiliency aspects of multi-disciplinary projects for integrated water resources planning and water master planning as well as design improvement to small wastewater treatment facilities to meet environmental regulations. Mentor and develop the water resources team.


  • Bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and P.E. License
  • 7+ years’ experience; Knowledge of hydrologic, hydraulic and groundwater software and programs
  • Design experience with focus on water resources and environmental
