 Protecting Your Inventions and Ideas:

Intellectual Property Fundamentals for an Engineer

Engineers are fundamentally inventors every day. Many times, the sweat and financial toils of both the employer and employee should be protected in terms of a patent.  Mr. Kirk Damman, J.D. a patent attorney at Lewis Rice will shed insight and helpful information for our members to use in protecting Intellectual Property both in the United States and Internationally. The general process of preparing for invention disclosure, identifying a skilled attorney for one's particular technology and interfacing with that attorney will be discussed. Questions will be answered as time permits. Earn 1 PDH for this program.
