About the Presenter:
Tom Blair, PE: Tom Blair is in charge of MoDOT Operations in the St. Louis area. Blair began his MoDOT career in 1993 as a construction inspector in northwest Missouri. His work in recent years has included organizing traffic management durignthe two-year rebuild of Highway 40 (Interstate 64) and leading the agency’s Road to Tomorrow team exploring transpiration innovations for the future.Blair will be in charge of MoDOT operations in the St. Louis area.
