Event Details:
Colleen Roberts is the Kansas City District Program Manager for the Lower Missouri River Planning Studies, which encompasses the Lower Missouri River Flood Risk & Resiliency Study, Lower Missouri River Flow and Stage Frequency Analysis, Brunswick L-246 Feasibility Study, Jefferson City L-142 Feasibility Study, Holt County, MO/Doniphan County, KS Feasibility Study, and the Lower Missouri River Navigation Study.
Mrs. Roberts joined the Kansas City District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 2010 and served as a Civil Engineer in the River Engineering Section, Hydrology and Hydraulics Section, and the Water Management Section. She joined the Civil Works Project Management team in 2018, where she managed the Hydropower Program and a variety of levee and dam projects and initiated the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Program structure repair contracts. She has also completed details with USACE Headquarters on the Regional Integration Team and temporarily served as the Kansas City District Civil Works Project Management Section Chief. In 2021, Mrs. Roberts became the Project Manager on the VA Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She began her role as the Lower Missouri River Program Manager in Oct 2022.
Mrs. Roberts is a 2009 graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering. She received her Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2010. Mrs. Roberts is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri.
